By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the 19jl Platform, you ("User", "Member", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the 19jl Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, slots, and any promotional offerings.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind such person or entity to these Terms.
Use of the 19jl Platform is strictly limited to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, as required under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 19jl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

To use the paid features of the Platform, you must create a single account using accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:
19jl is required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all members. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by 19jl to satisfy these obligations, including government-issued identification (SSS card, PhilHealth card, driver's license, Philippine passport, or UMID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation where applicable.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and Two-Factor Authentication ("2FA") codes. You agree to notify 19jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 19jl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
You agree to keep your account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.
Your 19jl account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account or its associated balance is void and constitutes grounds for account termination.
19jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. Deposits are subject to GCash and bank wallet limits as set by the respective financial service providers.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same banking day if requested before 4:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the 19jl Platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). 19jl does not offer multi-currency accounts.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 19jl are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings attributed to those funds.
19jl reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or void any bonus, free spins, or associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, through the use of multiple accounts, through systematic exploitation of bonus structures, or through any other behaviour that 19jl reasonably considers to be in bad faith. Such conduct may also result in permanent account closure.
19jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active wagering.
All random-outcome games on the 19jl Platform — including slots, RNG table games, and bingo — use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software that has been independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Return to Player ("RTP") rates are available for all certified games within the game information panels.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a wager, 19jl reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. No claim may be made for a payout arising from a malfunctioning game.
Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers and are subject to the rules displayed at each live table in addition to these Terms. In cases of discrepancy between a live dealer's verbal statement and the Platform's displayed rules, the Platform's displayed rules shall prevail.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 19jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:
All content on the 19jl Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, logos, trademarks, text, images, graphics, audio, and video — is the property of 19jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written consent from 19jl. Unauthorised use constitutes copyright infringement and may give rise to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 19jl and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
19jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 19jl's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

19jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if 19jl reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, posed a fraud or security risk, or if required to do so by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.
Upon termination for cause, 19jl may withhold your account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, remaining eligible funds will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be permanently forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 19jl support. Closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any wagering requirements on active bonuses will be cancelled upon closure, and bonus balances will be removed from your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 19jl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 19jl support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as the licensing authority.
19jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the Platform notification system or by email to the address on file. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11. The most current version of these Terms is always available at 19jl.one/terms-conditions. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this document.
